Description

As a key member of the implementation project team, the Senior Technical Consultant will provide valuable insights and deep subject matter expertise pertaining to Service Now product capabilities and complementary technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in workshops with customers to evaluate current processes and establish future-state processes.
  • Designing and deploying Service Now solutions with a technical architecture built for sustainable success, adhering to Service Now - technical standards and best practices.
  • Advising customers on how to leverage the capabilities of the Service Now Platform to enhance their business processes.
  • Assisting customers in completing necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining skills/certifications as per team requirements.
  • Leading all technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
  • Taking on a customer-facing role with potential travel involved.

Requirements To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with in a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer environment, offering well-considered options with their respective pros, cons, and risks. You will also provide thought leadership to customer sponsors/stakeholders in addressing business process and/or technical challenges.
  • Expertise in the IT domain related to Service Now products.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a strong work ethic, in alignment with our adaptable work culture.
  • Proven success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience in collaborative work environments.
  • Service Now certifications in relevant areas.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
