Oracle Functional SCM Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to provide hands-on functional support and implementation expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong functional knowledge, business-facing communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Provide functional implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Engage directly with business users and stakeholders to understand end-to-end supply chain and procurement workflows.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion SCM configurations.
• Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules in alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional requirements and solution designs.
• Assess functional fit versus gaps within Oracle Fusion SCM and identify solution approaches.
• Develop test scenarios and execute unit testing for functional configurations.
• Validate functionality prior to handoff to customers by documenting test results and outcomes.
• Partner with technical teams to provide functional guidance for integrations and custom objects.

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Experience mapping business processes to Oracle SCM modules and identifying functional gaps.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
