Performs case management functions, including investigation, outreach and follow-up, and escalation of matters to other departments, as necessary. Assists with other matters as required.
Salary range between $55K - $65K Annual## ## Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** The Analyst must review representative requests, including customized marketing and recruiting materials, training materials, speaking engagement requests and customized client correspondence through an internal online platform, including marketing automation channels.
* The Analyst must also review HO or third-party generated advertising, recruiting and training materials for compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
* Responsibilities include content review to ensure sales force compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. The Analyst must exercise sound judgment and employ strong analytical and communication skills.
* The Analyst is responsible for initiating action for any content determined to be in violation of company or regulatory guidelines, including opening ARTS cases, drafting correspondence outlining compliance concerns, and performing follow-up and incident tracking, as necessary.
* The Analyst is also responsible for administering the Company's social media beta program. The Analyst will answer representative questions regarding investment-related content for social media, resolving technology-related issues on the third-party tool, and providing training to representatives in collaboration with the Reputation Management Team.
* This role may include additional duties and tasks based on the needs of the department.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*** Series SIE, 6 and 26 securities registrations (or equivalents) required OR must obtain within 120 days of hire
* Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills, including the ability to proactively reach out to sales force representatives and to internal departments
* Strong interpersonal and self-motivation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both alone and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred but not required
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
