The Director of Procurement Systems and Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, governance, and continuous improvement of procurement technology and data capabilities. This leader will oversee enterprise procurement systems, procurement analytics strategy, and data governance to enable scalable, compliant, and data‑driven decision‑making across Procurement tools.
This role acts as a key liaison between Procurement, Accounting, IT, and internal stakeholders, proactively driving technology solutions while delivering actionable insights that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do:(Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning procurement systems and analytics strategy with enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Define and execute the roadmap for procurement systems, reporting capabilities, and analytics maturity.
- Drive innovation in procurement technology to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Oversee configuration, enhancement, and optimization of procurement and financial systems.
- Partner with IT to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Ensure system integrity, performance, and governance across procurement platforms.
- Establish and govern procurement analytics strategy, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights to drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making across procurement and cross‑functional teams.
- Lead enterprise data governance practices for procurement.
- Implement controls, standards, and processes to maintain high data integrity and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve master data management practices.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives related to procurement systems, analytics, and transformation.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and oversee training programs and documentation for end users.
