- Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
- Conducting post‑repair follow‑up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Continuing to maintain Nalley’s value, quality, and integrity
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Service Advisor experience required
- Ability to manage in a fast‑paced work environment
- Great customer service skills
- Must be able to pass pre‑employment screens (Background & Drugs)
