Systems Administrator (Duluth, GA) Job Duties
- Maintain and administer company networks, ERP system, groupware, hardware, and software to ensure stable IT operations.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard corporate data.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, replacing components when needed.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain email systems, groupware, and antivirus software for secure communications.
- Plan, implement, and monitor network security measures to protect company data, software, and hardware.
- Oversee the operation and updates of the corporate website to support marketing and project acquisition.
- Analyze system and equipment performance to determine the need for upgrades, repairs, or replacements.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services compatible with the company infrastructure, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Fluency in Korean
