The Legal Technology And Ai Specialist will support the development, implementation and optimization of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions across the Legal team. This role partners with each Legal division, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale legal service delivery. This position operates as an individual contributor within a defined career band and contributes to business outcomes through process improvement, solution delivery, technology enablement, and successful AI adoption and implementation.
Success will be measured by increased adoption of legal technology and AI solutions, effective implementation of AI-enabled capabilities, improved cycle times, and quantifiable gains in operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting or implementing business applications in a professional, legal, or regulated environment
- Ability to translate business processes into workflows, requirements, and technical documentation
- Technical understanding of generative AI architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise use cases.
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and practical applications
- Experience supporting solutions across the full project management lifecycle (planning, testing, implementation, rollout, support)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Claude
- Experience applying AI to automate workflows and drive process improvements
