The IT Rotation Program is designed to accelerate the early development of these individuals by offering the opportunity to experience several rotational assignments within IT. This position will provide candidates the ability to “learn by doing” as well as provide greater exposure to various towers within the business and a better understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim. An IT executive will sponsor the program, which will consist of several rotations (approximately six (6) months per rotation) within the specific business function over a period of two (2) years.

This could include either a domestic or international rotation, contingent upon business need.

Participants will gain exposure to multiple IT functions, senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional business partners while building a broad understanding of technology within a global pharmaceutical organization.

Boehringer will be hiring 3 people for this great opportunity:

  • Ridgefield, CT office – 2 Positions
  • Duluth/Johns Creek, Gainesville, or Athens Georgia – 1 Position

For these roles, we are unable to sponsor the successful candidate for work authorization in the U.S. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship currently and in the future.

Compensation Data
