Real Estate Attorney
Duluth law firm is seeking a Korean-speaking real estate paralegal who will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with outstanding benefits, generous PTO, and a wonderful work culture.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Closing Paralegal.
- Fluency in Korean.
- Self-starter with solid understanding of residential and, ideally, some commercial real estate transactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage critical deadlines.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing loan documents for real estate closings.
- Performing title and survey review and preparing title commitments and proformas.
- Communicating with all involved parties to obtain necessary information and updating them regarding status of closings.
