We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Import/Export Operations Specialist to support our ocean import/export and domestic transportation operations.
This role focuses on day-to-day shipment execution, coordination with carriers and vendors, and billing processes to ensure smooth, accurate logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage ocean import and export shipments from booking through final delivery
- Review shipping documents and coordinate with ocean carriers and customs brokers
- Monitor shipment status, vessel schedules, and delivery timelines
- Arrange and oversee drayage and inland (OTR) transportation
- Track and manage accessorial charges, including demurrage and detention
- Review and verify freight invoices and transportation costs
- Assist with monthly shipment data validation and cost reconciliation
- Prepare customer invoices (AR) and support vendor invoice review (AP)
- Communicate shipment updates with customers and overseas offices
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Managed billing operations and cost reconciliation processes
- Basic understanding of freight structures and accessorial charges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in Korean and English (Professional proficiency in both verbal and written communication)
- Expertise in handling manufacturing-related cargo
- Experienced in a Korean logistics and/or freight forwarding company
