Job DescriptionEcho Park Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our Duluth, GA dealership. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play a crucial role in processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you’re a self-sufficient and resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
- Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Pull reports from our TRAC system
- Process rejections
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK
What We Offer:
- $20 per hour and up based on experience
- Strong, creative problem-solving skills
