Electro Maintenance Technician; Night Shift

Job Type: Associate I, Electromechanical Technical Support (depending on candidate experience and qualifications)
Location: Johns Creek, GA (Onsite)
Work Hours: 36-48 hours per week, 6:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST (12‑hour rotating night shift: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, and every other weekend)

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control system issues
• Assisting other team members with technical problems within the production personnel group
• Assisting in parts repair shop to rebuild and restore used parts as “as built” condition, adding to annual cost avoidance
• Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
• Assisting with technical projects for equipment retrofits and upgrades, and revising or writing SOPs and shop repair instructions
• Optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction
• Assisting with completing validation protocols

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Travel Requirements: 0%

• Industrial Maintenance Experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Related technical school certification or equivalent training or experience (e.g., manufacturing technology, electrical engineering, etc.)
