Job TitleMaintenance Supervisor
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join an amazing team in GA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring that equipment and facilities are kept in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) are a plus.
