Sr. Project Manager - Change Management

We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager with a demonstrated background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for a versatile, delivery-oriented professional who can balance traditional project management while focusing on change initiatives—ensuring projects are delivered on time and adopted successfully. The ideal candidate is a “Swiss army knife” Project Manager who can manage plans, timelines, and risks while also owning communication strategies, training approaches, and change readiness for large-scale transformations.

• Lead end-to-end project execution across cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Coordinate work across business, technology, and external partners
• Provide clear, concise status reporting to stakeholders and executives
• Identify delivery and adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Design and execute communication strategies, including messaging, cadence, and channels
• Develop and oversee training and enablement plans to support adoption
• Partner with executive sponsors and leaders to drive alignment and engagement
• Measure adoption, reinforce change, and adjust strategies as needed
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and sponsors

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated background in Organizational Change Management (communications, training, readiness)
• Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
