This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Johns Creek, GA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and work to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, supervising branch performance, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and driving business growth through community engagement and sales initiatives. The Branch Manager will also provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the branch team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience of at least 5-7 years in banking or a similar field is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and basic computer applications
