Job Description

As Project Manager - Traveling (Southeast), you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of project delivery across multiple states.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration
• Lead coordination between superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
• Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes and buyouts
• Drive schedule adherence on fast-paced commercial projects
• Manage change orders, cost reporting, and monthly billings
• Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business outcomes

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent - Southeast we are seeking:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proven background in big box retail, grocery, or light industrial projects
• Experience delivering ground-up and renovation work
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (Procore or similar)
• A steady, team-first mindset aligned with long-term career growth
