Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations.
* Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to improve field operations.
* Coordinate setup and support for newly opened warehouse operations.
* Innovate and apply efficient operational processes to enhance productivity.
* Lead training programs aimed at enhancing the operational skills of the team.
* Monitor performance and devise strategies for effective cost control and revenue growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
* Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
