Plexcity is seeking its next President/CEO to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation following the retirement announcement of Tony Kitt, the organization’s founding President/CEO. Plexcity serves as a strategic partner in the credit union industry, delivering comprehensive back‑office operational support that enables its clients to focus on what matters most – serving their stakeholders. As President/CEO, you will be responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that Plexcity remains responsive to the evolving needs of its clients and the stakeholders they serve. A strong understanding of small business and league operations, shared services models, and the broader financial services landscape will be critical. Your ability to lead high‑performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and service, and identify opportunities for expansion and enhancement of services will position Plexcity and its partners for long‑term success.

We are seeking a proven executive leader with at least 10 years of senior management experience within the credit union system, financial services, or a related shared services environment.

Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, operations management, and client relationship development is essential.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced education or industry certifications are strongly preferred. A track record of industry involvement and thought leadership will further distinguish candidates.

The starting salary range for this position is $325,000 to $400,000 annually.
