Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements.

2 year of management experience is required in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, store manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store follows them.
• Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
• Hire all employees.
• Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Reporting to the District Manager.
• Create weekly employee schedules.
• Ordering and inventory counts.
• Pay staff weekly.

Requirements:

• 2 year management experience in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, or store manager.
• Experience in Smoothie King preferred.
