The Regional Manager is the leadership multiplier for an assigned group of Cam Fit studios. This role owns the complete health of the region, from sales and membership performance to operational execution, fitness quality, staffing, and leadership development. You do not simply manage multiple studios. You build strong studio leaders, certify and develop exceptional fitness talent, protect the Orange theory product, and create the systems and accountability that allow every location to perform at a high level.

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the overall business performance, operational excellence, fitness product, and talent development of multiple Cam Fit studios within your assigned region. A core function of the role is direct ownership of coach certification and development across all studios in scope. You lead and develop Studio Managers and Head Coaches while creating clear accountability around coaching quality, sales, membership growth, staffing, operational standards, and member experience.
You serve as the connection between studio-level execution and senior regional strategy while maintaining a strong presence in the studios you support.
30 Days: Complete a comprehensive assessment of every assigned studio across business performance, operations, staffing, coaching quality, leadership, and culture. Establish strong working relationships with each Studio Manager and Head Coach, assess the current coach pipeline, and establish visibility into every coach candidate and certification need across the region, and identify the highest-priority opportunities across the region.
60 Days: Development plans are in place for studio leaders and fitness talent requiring additional support. Underperforming studios have clear action plans. Coach candidates in progress are on defined certification pathways, staffing gaps and coach development needs are being actively addressed, and regional operating rhythms are established.
90 Days: Regional business and fitness performance are trending in the right direction. Leadership teams are stronger, staffing is stable, coaching quality is improving, coach certification is being executed, and studios are executing Cam Fit and Orange theory standards consistently.
- Drive regional performance against sales, membership growth, class utilization, revenue, EBITDA, conversion, and other key business KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong sales processes, systems, and accountability across all assigned studios.
- Regularly analyze studio and regional performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
- Provide consistent regional performance and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
- Build action plans for underperforming studios and hold leaders accountable for measurable improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Studio Managers and Head Coaches across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular studio visits focused on performance, leadership development, fitness quality, member experience, and operational execution.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide direct, actionable coaching.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership on performance management and employee relations when appropriate.
