** Shift:
** 1 st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm paying $16.50
2 nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm paying $17.50

* Position Overview:
*
* As a Pick and Pack Worker, you'll safely operate state-of-the-art food manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring top-quality products that delight customers around the world. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow their careers in an essential industry.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Operate production and packaging equipment per Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.
+ Conduct routine quality checks and document results accurately.
+ Follow GMPs, HACCP, and all food safety/sanitation procedures.
+ Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
+ Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and routine cleaning.
+ Maintain an organized and safe work environment at all times.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production goals.
+ Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

* Qualifications:
*
* + Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
+ Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
+ Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
+ Able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as assigned.
+ Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift; able to climb ladders and work at heights.
+ Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
