Your Opportunity
Taylor Visual Impressions is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume commercial printing and wide-format graphics production facility in Duluth, GA. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting maintenance activities across digital presses, finishing systems, and facility infrastructure.

Your ShiftMonday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with on-call support as needed.

Your Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and maintain digital printing equipment, including small-format, wide-format, and finishing equipment.
- Support small-format equipment, including Komori IS29, Canon IX, HP Indigo 7K, and MCS Merlin.
- Support wide-format equipment, including EFI Nozomi 14000sd, EFI Q3H XP, and Canon Colorado.
- Support finishing equipment, including small-format finishing, bindery finishing, and CNC wide-format finishing equipment.
- Develop and manage a plant-wide preventative maintenance schedule.
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts to help reduce downtime caused by long lead times.
- Work directly with OEM and manufacturer technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
- Coordinate outside contractors for maintenance, repairs, and new equipment installations.
- Support production teams with timely communication on equipment status, planned maintenance, and repair timelines.
- 5+ years of maintenance, equipment repair, or facility supervision experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting digital printing equipment, industrial equipment, or production machinery.
- Ability to manage vendors, prioritize work, and support maintenance activities in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with production teams, outside contractors, and OEM technicians.
- Experience with commercial printing, digital print, wide-format graphics, finishing, bindery, or CNC equipment.
- Experience building or managing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Experience maintaining spare parts inventory or supporting equipment uptime initiatives.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
- Frequently required to move inside the facility.
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying.
