Salary Range: $62,000 – $68,000, based on experience
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Operations Assistant – Manufacturing & Distribution to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced production and supply chain environment. This role is designed for an individual looking to build a long‑term career in operations leadership. The selected candidate will gain exposure to key areas of the business, including manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will play a critical role in both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term operational improvements, with a clear pathway into a leadership position.
- Assist in coordinating daily activities across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- Help oversee operations across multiple facilities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on‑time delivery.
- Support inventory control, materials planning, and product flow processes.
- Track and report on key operational metrics such as order fulfillment, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, production staff, purchasing, and customer‑facing teams to align operational output with customer demand and project timelines.
- Support vendor communication and supply chain coordination efforts.
- Partner closely with senior operations leadership to understand business strategy and execution.
- Take ownership of projects and operational initiatives over time.
- Provide support in managing workflows and team coordination when needed.
- Learn and uphold safety standards, compliance requirements, and internal procedures.
- Assist in refining standard operating procedures and operational workflows.
- Support system enhancements related to ERP, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, cost control, and quality.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations. At least 1–3 years in a lead, supervisory, or operations support role. Experience working across multiple facilities or locations is a plus. Background in manufacturing or construction‑related industries preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
