Machine Operator – Contact Lens Manufacturing

We are looking for dedicated operators for day and night shifts at a premier contact lens manufacturer located in Johns Creek. All assignments are two‑year contracts with an opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Day Shift – 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, $17.00 per hour.
Night Shift – 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, $17.50 per hour. Overtime of 6 hours every other week is provided.

• Run a highly technical machine that manufactures contact lenses.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented work environment.
• Utilize basic math skills and read/understand documents in English.
• Use various hand tools as required.
• Stand, lift and bend for up to 12 hours per day on rotating shifts (every other weekend).
• Work in a smoke‑free, air‑conditioned scientific environment.

• Stand for 12 hours at one time.
• Work weekends.

• Machine operator – 1 year experience required.
• Moving Material – 1 year experience preferred.
• Entering Data – 1 year experience preferred.
• Standing (specifically 12 hours).
• Monitoring.
• CNC operation.
• Basic computer skills.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
