Process and manage destruction:
Accurately empty collected material from containers, sort material by grade, cut open bags, and dump payloads delivered to the production facility;
Operate and maintain equipment:
Safely operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and Bobcat equipment, for up to five hours per shift;
Perform routine cleaning and minor emergency equipment repairs to ensure continuous operation;
Ensure security and compliance:
Maintain strict security of all customer material and company trucks while ensuring compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations
