Job DescriptionResponsible for providing assistance to our bindery team in a handwork capacity. Folding and packing boxes for example.
Education & Certification/Licensing RequirementsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
- Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prolonged periods of standing in a fast paced and occasionally high stress production company setting.
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
- Extensive lifting, reaching and bending actions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Effective visual and hearing abilities, with or without aid, suitable for an org and production warehouse environment.
