Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality products, is seeking an Assembly-Production to join their team. As an Assembly-Production, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $24.00/hourly*
* ** Shift:
** 2nd shift with occasional weekday and Saturday overtime

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble required components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals

+ Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and correctly

+ Inspect in-process devices and assemblies to ensure quality standards are maintained

+ Maintain detailed documentation of production activities and quality checks

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team projects and process enhancements

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

+ Minimum of 4-6 years related manufacturing or assembly experience

+ Proficiency in using measuring instruments and understanding quality requirements

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

+ Leadership experience of 1-2 years demonstrating technical expertise and team support
