Maintenance Technician

Schedule and perform equipment and site maintenance to support factory safety and production continuity
Keep maintenance plans current and report equipment safety concerns to the production manager
Set up new equipment in the maintenance schedule with the industrial engineering team
Maintain logs of completed maintenance
Coordinate third-party providers for contract maintenance jobs
Participate in the 5S facility program and support ISO requirements
Maintain hand and power tools used for in-house maintenance
Collaborate with production teams on equipment performance
Keep production areas clean, organized, and professional
Support the facilities manager with facility-related communication and feedback
Participate in production and intra-department meetings
Promote team goals, track results, and report continuously to management
Perform other assigned duties

• High School or GED
• Associate degree in technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of scheduling, planning, and prioritizing techniques in a production environment
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and associated safety requirements
• Knowledge of safety standards and local facility regulations
• Knowledge of PPE requirements
• Knowledge of operating equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• Safety practices in an industrial environment
• 3-5 years' experience in maintenance functions in an industrial production environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
