PositionSummary
The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will focus on demand generation activities to help drive quality leads for sales that generate revenue. This position requires a strong background in marketing with some B2B experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and customer service—to identify and produce materials that support the prospect‑to‑client lifecycle.
- Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to our target markets.
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic‑thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and other marketing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing.
Physical, Mental, & Communication DemandsPhysical Demands:
Sedentary work, primarily involves sitting for extended periods at a desk or computer; occasional walking to meet with leaders and other employees; minimal lifting of light office supplies. Mental Demands:

Interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Environmental Conditions:
Indoor office environment with moderate noise level from copiers, printers, or coworkers.

Salary: $84,000 - $105,000 a year.
