The Marketing Manager will own and execute the U.S. marketing strategy from the ground up.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer with experience introducing technical
products to new markets. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership, and
external partners to position the brand, educate the market, and drive measurable pipeline
growth.
Key Responsibilities Brand Positioning & Messaging- Define and refine the U.S. brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging

- Translate complex robotic and technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer

- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, sales materials, and customer
- touchpoints
- Develop competitive differentiation and market-entry narratives
- Identify and prioritize key customer segments, buyer personas, and decision-makers
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to inform strategy
- Gather insights from sales teams, customers, and partners to refine go-to-market plans
- Monitor U.S. market trends in robotics, automation, and adjacent industries
- Own the company website and landing pages, optimizing for clarity, conversion, and SEO
- Improve digital discoverability through organic search, paid media, and content syndication
- Implement analytics and dashboards to track traffic, conversions, and engagement
- Ensure the digital experience aligns with brand positioning and buyer expectations
- Develop and execute a content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars
- Position the company as a thought leader in robotics, automation, and innovation
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate expertise into market-facing content
- Support sales enablement with customer-facing collateral and technical storytelling
- Build and manage a social media strategy focused on brand awareness and engagement
- Grow U.S.
-based audiences across Linked In, You Tube, and other relevant platforms - Create and curate content that highlights use cases, customer success, and innovation
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and lead impact
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across search, social, and industry platforms
- Own budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
- Align paid campaigns with sales goals, trade shows, and product launches
- Continuously test messaging, creatives, and audiences to improve results
- Build relationships with U.S. media, industry analysts, and influencers
- Manage PR initiatives including press releases, product announcements, and interviews
- Secure earned media coverage in relevant trade and business publications
- Support executive visibility through speaking opportunities and contributed content
- Partner with sales and customer success to ensure a cohesive customer journey
- Develop onboarding, education, and retention-focused marketing programs
- Collect customer feedback and success stories to support advocacy and upsell
- Support account-based marketing initiatives for strategic customers
- Identify and prioritize relevant U.S. trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Own trade show planning, messaging, booth strategy, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing efforts with sales
- Measure event ROI and continuously refine the event strategy
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in robotics, automation, industrial tech, or SaaS
- Experience launching or scaling brands in new or international markets (U.S. market experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation
- Proven ability to translate technical products into compelling value propositions
- Experience supporting long sales cycles and enterprise or industrial buyers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven with experience using marketing analytics tools
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer events
- Clear and compelling brand presence in the U.S. market
- Consistent pipeline contribution from marketing initiatives
