• Assist in managing the Gladiators' social media accounts (X/Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In).
• Capture and post real-time game day content.
• Brainstorm new ideas and create engaging content tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social trends and contribute ideas to grow fan engagement and expand reach.
• Assist with fan engagement by helping respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Help schedule and publish daily posts using social media management tools.
• Help track analytics and compile insights on post performance and engagement trends.
• Organize content throughout the season.

• Passion for hockey, sports, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of X/Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
• Creative writing skills with an understanding of social media voice/tone.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work game days and weekdays (this is not a 9-to-5 role!).
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Work inside a professional hockey environment and build industry experience.
• Get hands-on experience capturing game day and behind-the-scenes content.
• Networking opportunities with sports professionals.
• College credits if applicable.
