Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role located in Duluth, GA. The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing programs designed for children and teens. Tasks include organizing youth development activities, coordinating mentoring programs, and facilitating engaging events that support the personal and educational growth of participants. Regular communication with families, staff, and volunteers will also be a core part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Youth Programs, Youth Development, and Youth Mentoring
  • Strong skills in Program Management and organization
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with youth, parents, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a team environment
  • Background or experience in education, social work, or community development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
