- Perform comprehensive histories, physicals, and clinical evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans independently with physician support as needed
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on care plans
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate across the care team
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
- Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active (or eligible) state NP license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- 1–2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
- A proactive, team-oriented professional eager to grow and contribute
- 100% outpatient
- No call responsibilities
- No routine weekends
- Light, compensated administrative follow-up (labs/messages)
