Supervising Registered Nurse

Executive Home Care of Gwinnett Northwest is a home care company proudly serving an expansive area of Northwest Gwinnett County, including Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Buford and Lawrenceville. We seek a highly motivated, strategic, and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) who will help build our operations from the ground up and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an in‑person role only. You must currently reside in the metro Atlanta area to be considered.

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing client cases and for leading a current and future staff of caregivers, as required by state regulations.

Since this location is newly launched, working hours will gradually increase as we continue to grow with the role transitioning to a full‑time capacity.

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia for at least two years and hold an unencumbered license.
• Minimum two years of progressive community health, public health, or home care experience, two to four years preferred.
• Minimum one year experience supervising caregivers or other healthcare employees.
• One‑year experience in geriatric care, preferred.
• Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be a Georgia resident who is able to work from the office when applicable - This is NOT a remote position.

• Conduct new client assessments and develop care plans.
• Case monitoring, conduct 60‑day client visits and 30‑day client check‑in phone calls.
• Provide supervision, oversight, and coordination of the care‑providing staff (as applicable).
• Perform staff training and retraining as needed.
• Ensure that all safety and infection control practices are followed.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Communicate with other members of the homecare team.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance with state and accrediting standards.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment and care.
