Amedisys is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our home health team in the Duluth area. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence and recovery in the comfort of patients' homes.
You will supervise LPNs and HHAs, complete timely documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical development while on-call as needed.
