About This Role
The Nurse Manager I, Continuum of Care is responsible for implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. This leadership role is ideal for those with a strong background in nursing management and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Highlights- Pay: $133,000 - $154,000/year
- Location: Duluth, GA
- Schedule: Full Time
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 possible eligible
- Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
- Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas.
- Ensure appropriate assignment and utilization of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency training.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Drive implementation of action items and support compliance with timelines.
- Manage human resources activities related to recruitment and employee management.
- Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and manage complex work streams.
- Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
- Experience: Leadership experience in nursing management

Current RN License in Georgia
