We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, fast paced primary care practice serving a diverse patient population.

Spanish fluency is required for this position due to the large Hispanic patient population, so we are seeking someone bilingual

• 4 day work week

• 2+ years of provider experience preferred
• Primary care or internal medicine experience highly preferred
• Busy, fast paced clinic

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active and unrestricted state license
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Primary care or internal medicine experience required
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient focused and committed to providing high quality care

• Annual and routine physical exams
• Annual wellness visits
• Complete blood work
• DOT drug screening and DOT physicals
• Electrocardiograms (EKG
• Immunizations and vaccines
• Minor surgery, skin tag removal and laceration repair
• Mammograms
• OB/GYN testing
• Pulmonary function testing
• School and sports physicals
• Ultrasound and echocardiograms
• X rays
