We are a growing property management company in the Atlanta area that currently owns and manages many multifamily residential communities. We pride ourselves on providing our residents best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and community accounting and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for an hourly pay plus commission.

We offer a bonus structure based on move-ins and renewals monthly. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those qualities in new hires. Weekend work and availability are required.

Assistant Property Manager

Job Duties:
  • In the absence of the Property Manager, with guidance/approval from the Area/Regional Manager, has the authority to perform the duties of the Property Manager as required.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collection, recording, and deposit of all Rent and Fee payments.
  • Assist in the filing of legal actions for collection and/or dispossessory.
  • Process delinquent notices, returned item notices, and renewal notices; following up on all as required.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Inspections.
  • Verification of occupancy of delinquent units.
  • Assist in the enforcement of Lease terms and property rules and regulations.
  • Communicate/Respond to residents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining all property and employee records per company policy.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate reporting of property operations.
  • Assist with Leasing and Marketing as necessary.

Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1+ years or more of leasing or related experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer and communication skills
