Description
Concord Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Barista / Bistro Server to join our hotel bar and lounge team. This role provides both counter service and bistro support, allowing opportunities to cross-train in front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent guest service in bar, bistro, and banquet settings.
- Prepare hot and cold menu items, barista drinks, and assist with bartending.
- Handle cash, use electronic point-of-sale systems, and serve food and beverages.
- Set up, break down, and maintain meeting spaces and banquet areas.
- Perform daily opening/closing duties and required side work.
- Assist with dishwashing, bussing, and general cleaning as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, bartending, barista, or serving.
- Ability to work 7–9 hour shifts starting as early as 5 AM.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional nights.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
