Position Overview:

We’re hiring for several key positions at LR Burger, including front of house crew, bartenders, and kitchen crew. If you’re passionate about food and customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Prepare and serve beverages according to our menu and standards
• Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere
• Maintain bar cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations
• Handle cash and manage inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar and dining area
• Running food
• Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow

• Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Running food
• Packing to go orders
• Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow

• Prepare and cook menu items to ensure high quality and consistency
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained
• Assist with basic kitchen prep work as needed
• Support each other in maintaining an efficient workflow

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
