Label, date, rotate, and manage inventory of bulk produce and prepped items;
Maintain proper storage of all food items in approved containers and ensure shelf life compliance;
Assist Buffet Attendant to maintain a full, clean buffet area and ensure service quality;
Follow local health department laws and maintain cleanliness of prep area, equipment, and cold storage
