Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.;
Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.;
Restock and rotate food products using FIFO to maintain quality and shelf life.;
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the Hot Cook area and smallwares, and perform opening/closing procedures.;
Provide friendly guest service and assist guests with products; follow health department laws.
