General information for the role located in Duluth, GA. Position:
Merchandising – Travel Retail Service.

Employment Type:

Full-time. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. . Company: ACO-US. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability; 401k program; generous Paid Time Off (PTO).

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset and remodel work. Have a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelves, display merchandise properly, place shelf strips and attach tags, check date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and process pack-outs, restocks and reorders as necessary.
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build effective working relationships.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work.
• Work safely by using proper safety techniques and equipment; proactively alert management to any unsafe acts or conditions.
• Understand and follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, copier/fax, handheld devices).

• Ability to work effectively with web-based applications to indicate work availability, view assignments, submit documentation, and track time/attendance.
• Willing and able to work in cold environments (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills; ability to read and communicate effectively with others.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to travel program requirements to obtain necessary credentials for travel.
• Travel is required, with overnight stays up to 75–100% of the time. Occasional weekend work may be required.
