About the RoleAs a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle administrative and support needs for customers so they can focus on running their business.
A Typical DayYou arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. You manage morning customer requests, update Wi‑Fi codes, handle package deliveries, provide directions and set up equipment such as projectors. Throughout the day you attend to printing, invoicing, service tickets, and assist with networking events, postal mail, and daily administrative tasks. You coordinate with the Community Manager to organize events and promote the space to prospects.
You wrap up by ensuring the center is tidy and that groups finish in meeting rooms.
You’re organized, customer‑focused, and capable of juggling multiple tasks. Specifically:
- Good communicator with the ability to build professional relationships (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
