Overview
Job Type: Regular Work
Location:
Best Buy 504 - Duluth, GA 30096
Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on location and experience)
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week)
- Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store
- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
- Report and provide competitive insights
- Consistent weekend schedule
- Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay
- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday availability
- Paid training completed online ($25 per month)

- Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands‑on approach
- Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs during the selling process
- Retail or customer‑service experience a plus
- Training or product‑demonstration experience a plus
- Minimum 1‑year job experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
- Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
- Accurately document and report sales
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
- Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
