Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service, be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipe measurement instructions, decorate items such as bags, tips, nozzles, flowers and lettering, adhere to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management, maintain and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement, use hand‑held technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Drive performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand by valuing the member experience, model high‑quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, assist in training, develop, influence and inspire a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style.
- Comply with Policies: Follow company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy and execute business processes and practices.
- Respect the Individual: Embrace differences, create an inclusive workplace, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, strengthen the team through mentoring, and recognize contributions.

- 6 months experience in fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Experience in cake decorating.
$19.00 to $27.00 per hour. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
