Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting company products, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.

Fulfills Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; and adapts to change. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products.

$17.00–$25.00/hr (Actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
