Game Stop - 2615 Pleasant Hill Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests and respond to questions, concerns; assist guests with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions; promote selling behaviors during transactions.;
Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational elements and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and ensure high-quality guest service.;
Escalate customer issues to the Store Manager when appropriate; maintain compliance with store policies and guidelines.;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and performance feedback for store associates; participate in scheduling and payroll tasks as needed.
