Business Development Manager (Entry-Level Sales)

As a Business Development Manager at Openwork, you’ll be out in the field meeting people, opening doors, and learning professional services sales from a strong leadership team.

• Prospect and meet with new businesses in your assigned territory
• Build and manage a territory plan, including target accounts and outreach strategy
• Learn how to prioritize accounts and plan your week for maximum impact
• Run discovery conversations and support proposals and pricing discussions
• Partner with recruiters to support new client onboarding and success
• Track activity, pipeline, and progress in CRM
• Participate in team huddles and regular sales coaching
• Early in your career or looking to break into B2B sales
• Driven, competitive, and results-focused
• Confident talking to new people
• Coachable and eager to learn
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Someone who prefers a career mostly outside the office, not behind the desk
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required

This is a full-time role offering a base salary + uncapped commissions, car allowance, full healthcare benefits, PTO & holidays.
