Account Executive – Supply Chain & WMS Solutions

With a strong North American presence and global delivery capability, we specialize in transforming supply chain operations through advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), system integration, and strategic advisory services.
The RoleWe are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to join our high‑performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling our advanced WMS and supply chain solutions to mid‑market and enterprise‑level companies.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with C‑level and operations executives, and articulating the value of technology in solving critical supply chain challenges.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through self‑sourcing, marketing‑generated leads, and strategic partner relationships.
- Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points related to warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, labor management, and supply chain efficiency.
- Value‑Based Presentations: Articulate the value proposition of our WMS platform through tailored presentations, live demonstrations, and business case development.
- Complex Sales Cycle Management: Manage full‑cycle enterprise sales from initial contact through negotiation and closure (3–6 month cycles; $100K–$500K+ deal sizes).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision‑makers across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and Finance (VP Supply Chain, COO, Logistics Directors, etc.).
- Industry Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of WMS landscape, automation trends, SaaS models, and evolving supply chain challenges.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre‑sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Experience selling supply chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP, SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record closing six‑figure deals and exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of warehouse & distribution operations
- Experience selling to supply chain and operations leaders
- Ability to deliver compelling demos and ROI‑based business cases
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills
- Self‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
- Willingness to travel (20–30%)
